Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME:
All orders placed by 2pm ET with a paid shipping method Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) for in-stock items with a valid shipping address are guaranteed to ship that day! Orders placed on Saturdays (excluding holidays) before 9am ET with paid shipping methods other than UPS are guaranteed to ship on Saturday!
All other orders placed before midnight will ship no later than the next business day. We are unable to ship orders on major holidays (where the shipping companies are not open) or in the event of a weather or technology related issue (which would be posted to the front of our website). In those cases the order would ship the next business day possible. We offer both standard (usually USPS) and UPS Shipping and also a free shipping option (which varies based on your location and distance from us).
SHIPPING PRICES:
Our shipping pricing is based on what you order and in some cases how far you are from our location in southwest Michigan.
Standard shipping price for all orders ranges from $4.99 to $14.99 depending on your location. This in most cases will be sent USPS but there is a small chance we may upgrade it to UPS at our discretion based on cost/transit time.
UPS is offered to all states in the Continuous US for $7.99 to $13.99. If you select this do NOT USE A PO BOX. If you use a PO Box we will have to ignore your shipping preference and ship it via USPS or delay your order while we wait for a corrected shipping address from you.
We also offer a FREE SHIPPING option (carrier and method is at our discretion) for orders that are over $50 (Michigan), $60 (34 nearby states/locations), $75 (11 further states/locations), and $100 (6 west coast states/locations). If you are in Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico or The U.S. Virgin Islands we are unfortunately unable to offer a free shipping point.
Bulk orders over 20 pounds are subject to additional shipping fees depending on our actual cost. If there is an additional shipping cost needed we will contact you via email.
TRANSIT TIME:
Approximate transit times are listed on the website for most shipping options. Economy shipping is generally 1 business day longer than standard. Please figure at least 1 more day during active periods of winter or severe weather either at our warehouse, your delivery location or anywhere along the route between. All transit times are estimates only and they have not had guaranteed delivery dates since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
